Highly recommend! We've had our vehicles inspected here multiple times over the years and have always received excellent treatment. Although we haven't utilized K-M for service yet (our vehicles are maintained at the dealership since they’re still covered under their original warranties), we would confidently choose them based on our positive interactions with others during our visits. They seem like nice people and are probably fine at simple repairs, but don't bring anything complicated with a hybrid car. They charged me almost $600 to "diagnose" my car, which had a remanufactured battery that they said was bad. They told me that they wanted to reinstall the original battery that I already knew was bad, which is complete nonsense. Do yourself a favor, don't try to save money by using this shop. Send it to Coggins Toyota, where they have the necessary knowledge and experience to make your repair. I'm now out over $1000 trying to save money on the repair that I should have just entrusted the dealer with.

Every time I bring my car there lately it comes back worse than when I left it . I think they purposely break stuff so I have to spend more money. It’s to bad, I brought my car’s there because they did good work well no more business from me ever again!

Not happy today with their service department. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am for oil change and inspection sticker. Had to wait until 3 pm for service to be completed. I made,an appointment for this last week. Screwed up my entire day.

Great service! I drove up at 8:15am to get my car inspected. Inspections don't start until 8:30. Although they had another job I the bay, I was still in and out very quickly.
